LOCATION: The clinic is located at 107 State St. Montpelier, on the 3rd floor above Pho Capital (access is by stairs only). Parking is available directly in front of the building.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice or miss their appointment, will be charged 100% of the full service price to the card on file.
